Artist Dr. Gene "Yogi" Williams modeled the blacksmith in this piece after himself, and the cowboy after former El Dorado mayor Max Main. This sculpture was given by a combined effort of Virginia Zebold, Clifford Stone and the Coutts Museum of Art.
