Dive into immersive exhibits showcasing Butler County history and the glory of the Flint Hills. Learn about early life in the Flint Hills and the geography that led to El Dorado’s rich oil fields. Step back in time by exploring ten acres of outdoor exhibits, including oil field equipment and a historic boomtown. Year-round programming includes homeschool days, monthly speaker series, children’s and family activities, and seasonal events.
