The Retailers' Sales Tax Event Registration Certificate will be provided in vendor packets during check-in. Vendors must display either their own or the event's sales tax certificate.

The vendor list and tax ID numbers are provided to the Kansas Department of Revenue annually.

Vendor Licenses & Insurance
Food vendors must provide your Food Establishment License from the Kansas Department of Agriculture. Once approved, food and bar vendors must provide a certificate of liability insurance for $1,000,000 naming the City of El Dorado as an additional insured. Bar vendors must apply to join the festival's common consumption area.

Proof of appropriate licenses must be onsite, including permission to sell trademarked merchandise. Festival vendors are subject to inspection by the Kansas Department of Agriculture and Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
Vendor Booth Space
Artisan Market vendors will receive a 10-foot by 10-foot outdoor booth space and must stay within their space.
Food court and bar vendors will receive adequate space for truck, trailer or canopy. Tow vehicles are not allowed to stay in the festival zone.

Vendors must provide their own electricity, using quiet generators. Trash carts will be at each food and bar vendor space.
