About the event
It's the first year of the Gold Fest Film Fest! There are two categories of film: Short Films (1-3 minutes) and Micro Films (Under 60 seconds)
Guidelines:
Theme: Experience El Dorado
All films must include, use or make reference to El Dorado and/or Gold Fest. Videos must be family friendly and have respectful content. Original work only.
Deadline for submission is Sept. 19, 2025.
The winner in each category will receive $100 in Gold Fest wooden nickels to be spent at the Block Party Artisan Market or Food Court.
Winners will be chosen by random drawing.
The Gold Fest Film Fest Screening will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 27 at the Performing Arts Center in El Dorado.
