About the event
Please join us as we listen to three brave teens share their personal stories about how their parents' addiction and recovery have impacted their lives.
Following their presentations, we will host a community cookout and encourage families affected by addiction and recovery to come together for a meal and meaningful conversation about topics that are often left unspoken.
Whether you are currently struggling with addiction, living in recovery, have children affected by addiction, or are an adult child of an addict, we want you to know that your voice matters.
This event is an opportunity to hear honest stories, foster understanding, and begin conversations that help heal families. Addiction does not only affect the individual—it impacts the entire family. By sharing experiences and listening to one another, we can help children and families feel seen, heard, and supported.
Please RSVP if you plan to stay for the cookout.
We welcome adults, teens, and children to join us as we create a safe space for open dialogue, connection, and healing.
