LIVESTRONG at the YMCA – Spring 2026 Session
Cancer changes lives—but so does community.
The El Dorado YMCA is proud to offer LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a free 12-week wellness program for adult cancer survivors. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, recently completed treatment, or have been in remission for years, this small-group program is designed to help you regain strength, improve balance and endurance, and most importantly, find connection and support.
Led by certified instructor Julie, each session focuses on building physical and emotional resilience in a welcoming, understanding environment.

Tuesdays & Thursdays | 12:30 - 2:00 PM
No YMCA membership required—participants receive one for free during the program!
